When I spotted this spider weaving her web, there were only two rows completed.
By the time the camera came out,
voila!
She would take one leg and latch onto the strand that was to receive the new link,
and another leg would deliver that new link all the while she was walking
and probably talking to herself,
never mind where the silk is coming from.
A work of art in a matter of minutes,
and then swaying in the wind that comes with the afternoon storms,
showing the strength of her work as well as the beauty.
(And that's the spider that I didn't know which end was top and bottom.
Well, I know now!)
